About the mountain
The Mountain on the Fjord ! Mont-Edouard, a magnificient mountain at L'Anse-Saint-Jean, offers great challenges. Featuring 450-meter slopes, it is the first in importance in the Saguenay / Lac-Saint-Jean region and ranks 6th in Québec. At the summit, skiers can admire the majestic Saguenay Fjord under its snowy winter coat and choose among the 28 trails of the domain. Excitement and pleasure guaranteed whether in the three-kilometer family track or the more expert trails (up to 62% slope). Snowboarders have no restrictions in the trails and can enjoy the snow park as well. Last season, Mont-Edouard presented its development plan and the first stage is now completed (36 condo units and a small hotel) in the Slopes Section. The Brook Area is presently ready for construction of family units.
